Monthly board meetings of the Scappoose Drainage Improvement Company are generally held on the second Thursday of each month; meetings are currently held virtually.

The Scappoose Drainage Improvement Company's annual meeting of the members as well as the annual board of directors meeting is held each February.

All meetings are open to the public.
